Your Virtual Pal was developed following the identification of a lack
of programs available that operate as an actual agency does.
While previous programs had been developed by computer
companies, with input from people in the real estate industry,
they never captured the flow of the day to day procedures and
activities faced by a real agency.
There were database programs and administration programs,
yet nothing made it possible for management to combine both. Available programs were complicated and hard
to understand with many functions going unused.
This painstaking four year process resulted in a program that
simplified and integrated the internal processes of the modern
day real estate office. Your Virtual Pal allows all aspects of your
business to be managed and run from one mobile and flexible
location.
Data is entered once into a central location where it is easily
accessible by authorised multiple users at any one time,
whether from home, your car or the beach. Your Virtual Pal
ensures information is legible and minimises the possibility
of error but most importantly automates the majority of the
process which in turn saves our most valuable asset, time.
The automation of Your Virtual Pal fundamentally takes away the tedious and repetitive
work involved in everyday procedures. Work that is done by Sales Consultants,
Administration Staff and Management is all streamlined in our program. Management
no longer need to be in the office to overlook outcomes and staff contributions.
